Efficient temperature control with fermacell® Therm25™ - To improve the efficiency of room temperature control and leave the floor unmilled, a homeowner in Maastricht opted for a vertical installation of the fermacell® Therm25™ underfloor heating system along the room walls.

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is the operator of some of the world’s most luxurious hotels, resorts and residences. We were honored to be a part of their first property in UAE which included using our fiber gypsum boards on all walls internally with exposure to high humidity during construction as the property is located on the beach and on a feature wall externally which involved complex structural calculations and cutting of boards in various shapes. 

In a wooden building of fire protection class 5 in Freiburg, preventive fire protection was implemented with gypsum fibre boards. fermacell® gypsum fibre boards provide the necessary fire protection, among other things.
